I can’t log in with the code I received. What should I do?

There can be various reasons for not being able to log in to the questionnaire.

First of all, it’s important for you to use your own written invitation, which contains the
code with which you can log in to the digital questionnaire.

It is also possible that you accidentally copied your login information incorrectly or
incompletely. You can find your login information in the grey box on your invitation. You must
enter this information verbatim on the questionnaire.
