all, it is important for you to use the personal link that you received from InternetSpiegel.
In addition, a pop-up blocker or firewall can remedy the issue, allowing you to open the
questionnaire. Often this will be indicated by a notification on your screen. You can
temporarily disable the blocker or firewall so you can complete the questionnaire.
It is also important for you or your organization to have an Internet connection, as it will not be
possible to complete the questionnaire without one.
If the link still does not work, we advise you to use a different internet browser. You can then
try to open the link in, for example: Google Chrome, Safari or Mozilla Firefox.
