Did you already complete and return the questionnaire?
If so, you can check whether your responses were safely received by InternetSpiegel. If you
want to check whether your responses were received in good order, click on your personal link.
You will then see a notification that you have already taken part in the study.

Were your responses not properly sent?
If the system takes you to the survey’s start screen, this means that your questionnaire has not
been sent yet. The personal link you received from us can only be used once. That’s why you
should check once more whether you completed all of the questions and then you should go to
the last page to send the questionnaire.
